Interenergo LLC has the experience of heat recovery boilers packaged supply to the following facilities:

  • Novy Urengoy Gas Chemical Complex — packaged supply and turnkey construction of heat recovery boilers for 120 MW CCGT unit with bypass pipes.

  • Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk CHPP-1 — packaged supply, construction and installation of three heat recovery boilers КУВ 50-150 for operation with gas turbines of GE LM6000PF Sprint production with bypass system.

  • Verkhny Tagil SDPP — packaged supply, installation and adjustment supervision of heat recovery boilers for the plant unit No 12 (CCGT-420).

Boiler accessories

We perform supply of the boiler accessories, such as:

  • Fuel delivery systems.
  • Ash collectors used at solid fuels combustion, designed for the exhaust gases purification and atmosphere air conditioning near the boiler facility.
  • Blower fans necessary for air feed into the boiler furnace.
  • Exhaust fans.
  • Boost pumps necessary for water feed to the boilers.
  • Network pumps providing water circulation in the system.
  • Water treatment devices preventing scale formation in the boilers and their corrosion.
  • Water economizer serving to heat the feed water before it enters the boiler.
  • Air heater for heating the air before it enters the furnace with hot gases discharged from the boiler unit.
  • Chimney flues.
  • Heat exchangers - shell and tube or plated.
