Udarnaya TPP consists of condensing combined cycle gas turbines (CCGTs) with a total capacity of 450 MW (2xCGT-225 built on the basis of a GTE-160 gas turbine, a K-85-8.0 steam turbine, and a double-circuit horizontal SKB-246/61-KU heat recovery steam generator) and a 110 MW open cycle gas turbine (GTE-110M).

The project envisages use of air cooling condensers in the combined cycle. This engineering solution has been applied for the first time in Russia for a power facility of this capacity.

Fuel: natural gas (main and reserve)
Electricity will be transported via 220 kV lines.
Allocated land area: 64.4 hectares (including 14.3 hectares for buildings, with 2.8 hectares for a 220Kv switchyard)
