The company has its own testing laboratory (TL) and non-destructive testing laboratory (NDTL), established to guarantee compliance with technical norms and rules during construction and installation works and thus ensure the safety of strategic infrastructure facilities and manage technical risks. Both laboratories’ operations follow the requirements of applicable Russian laws and international standards, including GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 ‘General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories’, SDA-15-2009 ‘Requirements for testing laboratories’, and SDANK-01-2020 ‘Certification rules and basic requirements for non-destructive testing laboratories’, as well as local regulations and the corporate policy of Interenergo LLC.
Both laboratories are properly equipped, certified and accredited to perform quality assurance of welds and base metal during manufacturing, installation, reconstruction and repair of equipment, pipelines and metal structures. The employed technical means, and measuring and testing equipment have successfully undergone metrological inspection and received respective confirmation documents and certificates; all equipment meets the requirements of applicable regulations.
Quality management system
The company has implemented a quality management system based on international standards ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, compliance with which is verified through annual external and internal audits.
Laboratory personnel
All our laboratory employees are highly qualified specialists with many years of experience at fuel and energy facilities, as well as machine-building and metallurgical plants. Education, training, professional development and recertification of employees are performed on a regular basis in accordance with the requirements of the ‘Rules for attestation (certification) of testing laboratories personnel’ (SDA-24-2009) and the ‘Rules for attestation of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing’ (SDANK-02-2020).
